Created in 1958, Geoservices is a service company for the oil exploration/ production industry focusing on three business lines:
• Mud Logging equips oil companies’ well-site with a mobile laboratory unit delivering real time data for the monitoring and optimization of drilling operations and for the evaluation of the hydrocarbon reservoir characteristics.
• In Well Intervention/ Slickline, Geoservices offers a full range of equipment for down-hole well-servicing from mechanical operations to perforating
• Field Surveillance is focused on the Production and Monitoring segment, a service targeted at the mature phase of a well’s life cycle to optimize its production.
Geoservices built its leadership in Mud Logging and Well intervention/ Slickline through its unique world leading technology combined with the ability to deliver its services under most challenging conditions. The company provides services all over the world, via a network of agencies and operational bases in more than fifty countries covering all oil fields around the globe.

• Fast growing service sector linked to the oil industry.
• World leader in the fast growing market of “mud logging” (collection and real-time analysis of the data needed for drilling optimization and assessing geological characteristics of the drilled zones) with an unchallenged technological leadership and a unique service offer.
• Potential for consolidating its market share in the “well intervention” segment (services linked to oil-well drilling) where Geoservices is the world N°2, with the launch of new products and a sustained external growth effort.
