Created in 2000, Webhelp is the leader in the management of French-speaking offshore call centers. Innovative player in the customer relation market, Webhelp combines the services of a call center with a multi-channel (telephone, chat, call back, SMS, email, fax and letters) and multi-service offer (pre-sale, sale, after-sale, customer support, etc.). Webhelp has 7,000 employees, spread between Morocco, France and Romania. It gained significant market share of the French-speaking call center market in record time thanks to its proactive and innovative strategy.
