Joël Lacourte - Managing Partner

Joël joined Astorg in 1999, after holding various CEO positions as a turnaround specialist for four years. He started his professional life in strategic consulting where he spent forteen years successively with the Boston Consulting Group, Mars & Co and Mercer Management Consulting. From 1987 to 1992, he was a partner at Apax Partners in Paris, followed by three years at Epargne Partenaires.

Joël is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and holds an MBA from Stanford University.

Joël sits on the boards of OGF, Staci, Metalor and Saverglass. He was also a board member of CIS, Pizza Pino, Mécatherm, ECM, RLD, Geoservices and Webhelp.
