Jean joined Astorg Partners as Secretary General in 2009. He started his career with Arthur Andersen in 1988, as Manager in audit and consulting. He joined Artemis in 1997, where he held various financial responsibilities in the investment company headed by François Pinault. At Artemis, he was involved in numerous merger & acquisition operations, before becoming Chief Financial Controller of the PPR Group (Pinault-Printemps-Redoute) in 2005. In 2008, he cofounded the company Kwaga.

Graduated from the ESCP Europe MBA, Jean is also a certified Chartered Accountant and holds a Master in Business Law degree.

Jean is a board member of Staci and Trescal.
