Investment criteria
Thibault Surer joined Astorg Partners in 2010 after 15 years spent in management consulting with McKinsey & Company in Paris, New York and Beijing.
He started his career in Private Equity in 1987 as an investment manager with Euroventures and Eurosuez. He joined McKinsey in 1995 and was elected Partner in 2000. Throughout these years as a consultant, he primarily served clients on strategy- and performance improvement-related topics, and focused on the banking, insurance, transportation and retail distribution sectors.
Thibault is a graduate in Business Administration from HEC. He completed his education at the London Business School and Handelshogskolan (Stockholm).
Thibault sits on the board of Gras Savoye and Saverglass.
